Working as an estate agent a contractor like Ian is really important (often required following on from a survey report). Essex asbestos testing have been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I had the. Sample various areas of concern before I carried out any work around the house on some old flues, a couple of ceilings and some insulation. Ian carried out the sample g and was very thorough and professional.

They got an appointment for me very quickly and the price was reasonable for the work.

Results came back quickly too and very well documented and explained. Even after the sampling Ian has answered my questions and given guidance.
