Ian provided an exceptional service, explained all procedures with regards to artex ceiling samples and garage roof sample. Ian was very approachable, friendly and trustworthy. Samples taken were discreet and then painted over. We received our report in a matter of days.

I approached Ian to assess the textured ceiling material in my home for asbestos content. He explained how he would do this, arranged a visit, and collected the samples. This was done speedily, without any disruption and making good where the samples were taken from. The report which was comprehensive and clear came soon after. Ian is approachable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Wanted artex ceilings checked for asbestos as they were applied in the 80's. Ian was really helpful and came to do the sample gathering in a couple of days.
